Change your life

Tracy Rappold

Tracy Rappold, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

My passion is working with people to figure out how to change their lives. I love what I do. I genuinely want to help you using a down to earth therapy that incorporates compassion, humor, and authenticity.

You may have been struggling on your own for some time now, and despite your efforts to move forward, have been unable to achieve the direction you would like. This is where I come in as a compassionate, objective observer to help guide you in the direction you are wanting to go.

I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Chester University and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. I continually participate in educational opportunities regarding effective treatment practices for my clients. I also continue to receive training and education in utilizing Eastern methodologies, such as insight meditation as well as breath work and mind-body connection.

Angela Sylvina, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful agent for change, and that emotional safety within our relationship is paramount. I adhere to a strengths-based philosophy in which I can help you with finding ways to empower yourself to make desired changes in your life.

My style of therapy is person-centered and collaborative; together we will work on helping you gain self-awareness and to learn how to foster a healthy relationship with yourself and others.  I will assist you with identifying and reshaping your thoughts, behaviors and even your nervous system to contribute to your overall well-being.

I have over sixteen years of experience in outpatient mental health and substance abuse therapy with adults and adolescents. Each year I engage in continuing education toward my licensure and certification. I am a lifelong learner and am passionate about my field and the work that I do.
